Define high-level flow and navigation for mobile and desktop applications.

Design clickable prototypes using popular prototyping tools, following the principles of interaction design.

CREDENTIALS

Recipients of this university-accredited qualification in UX Design have demonstrated the ability to bring a user-centred mindset to product design projects, can prepare and conduct a variety of user research studies to develop a broad and deep understanding of user goals and problems, can use a number of analysis frameworks to clearly articulate the existing customer experience, can design common desktop and mobile workflows such as registration, onboarding and payment, can design and build high-fidelity prototypes using popular prototyping tools and annotate wireframe specifications for developer handover.

PROJECT

Create a hotel booking website utilizing user research, analysis techniques, design principals, workflows, etc. That means interviewing customers, running usability tests, creating customer journey maps and more. All the project work will be centered around the end goal of designing a new website or mobile app for a fictional company, with a focus on the booking process.
